Employees are a big responsibility. In addition to a salary, they look to their employer for help in preparing for retirement and in the event of an unexpected financial crisis. Modern benefits packages have made this type of help 'the norm' but employees come in all shapes and sizes, and some need more help than others. This presentation covers pensions - 'beyond auto-enrolment' and the types of risk schemes available and the likely cost. It also covers the benefits of financial education so that employees know what to expect and can become more financially independent.
