RCA Regeneration Limited is a planning and development consultancy based in Worcestershire but operating nationwide.  RCA specializes in the provision of a wide range of planning and development advice for all types of clients including the preparation of planning applications and appeals, development viability and appraisals, strategic planning and project management, S106 and affordable housing, community and neighborhood planning, Red Book valuations, market assessments and grant funding.

RCA is a Chartered Town Planning and Chartered Surveying Practice operating within the guidelines of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Regulated by the RICS.

The day will be held at the Talbot Inn, Kempsey, with refreshments served from 9am.  The talks will focus on a range of planning related issues, beginning with an illustration of how planning works in practice via a now completed housing development nearby, which was initially refused at application stage and subsequently allowed at appeal.  This will provide an insight into how landowners might look to promote their land through the planning process and address some of the hurdles that they may face.

You will take a walking tour of the development in question and return to the Talbot Inn, Kempsey, for a further talk from RCA Regeneration about two current issues: Nutrient Neutrality and Renewable Energy and how they impact upon and are impacted by the planning process.  The day will conclude with a pub lunch and networking, with departure at 1.30pm.
