This seminar gives you the opportunity to find out the latest information and changes in Residential Tenancy legislation that will affect you. It will cover the removal of Section 21 notices; the new grounds to recover possession; the latest on Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) and some context on how other members are adapting to the legislation.
