Imagine a beautiful stone-built farm in the foothills of Snowdonia where you could buy and eat the very best artisan Welsh food products- and even see it being carefully crafted by experts. The dream is now reality in the form of the Bodnant Welsh Food Centre.

Passionate about Traditional Welsh food with real taste, crafted with respect for the countryside and the animals and the People who live in it - CLA member Richard Reynolds and family created this haven set in the beautiful Conwy valley.

In the shop you’ll discover the very best Welsh Produce from the finest farmers and producers. And you’ll find foods that are produced onsite, keeping alive precious traditional artisan skills and welsh recipes. You can watch  expert cheese maker, for instance, making cheeses and butters from milk from the farm on other side of the river. Or see the baker crafting specialty breads from Welsh stoneground flour.

If you love honey, come and learn all about bees and why they are so important to all of us at the National Beekeeping Centre of Wales based in their courtyard.


We will be hosted by owner and creator of the business, Richard Reynolds who will give a tour of the centre showing us all aspects:

We will hear how it all began, current and future projects at the centre and experience the local produce for lunch in the Hayloft Restaurant.
