The founder of a top distillery will be the guest speaker at CLA London Branch's next talk and drinks reception.

Food and drink have been Tom Warner's passion and career for two decades. From producing, sourcing, selling, creating and consuming he has devoted his career to it, and in 2012 launched an artisan distillery on his family farm in Northamptonshire.

Warner’s Distillery now creates award-winning products across four categories (gin, 0%, rum and vodka), working with nature as it grows. It was the first craft distillery to launch a range of 100% natural non-alcoholic spirits and the team continues to push the boundaries of the spirits industry, forging new variants and entirely new categories, creating award-winning favourites and world firsts like their rhubarb gin, where one third of every bottle is real rhubarb juice.

Its new brand Trash and Treasure focuses on using food waste from other UK manufacturers to make a sustainable spirits range.

The talk, which will focus on diversifying the farm, starting a brand and the journey to date, will be followed by a Q&A and drinks reception, canapés and networking
