An Exclusive Guided Tour

Enjoy a rare opportunity to explore the magnificent grounds of Badminton Estate, the private residence of the Duke and Duchess of Beaufort.

Your morning begins in the historic North Hall, the birthplace of the sport of badminton. From there, take a leisurely stroll through the formal gardens and the vibrant walled garden, guided by the estate’s expert Head Gardeners. In late summer, the gardens are a feast for the senses, with a dazzling display of dahlias and rich seasonal colour as autumn approaches.

The tour continues with a visit to the renowned Badminton Stables, home to international competitors during the prestigious 5 Star Badminton Horse Trials. The Stable Manager will lead you through the grounds, offering insights into this world-class equestrian facility.

The experience concludes with a relaxing selection of tea, coffee, and cake, served in the charming estate setting.

Event Schedule (timings are approximate and subject to change)

• 10:00am – Arrival & Welcome (North Front)

• 10:15am – Guided Tour of the North Hall

• 10:30am – Tour of the House Gardens

• 11:00am – Walk to and Tour of the Walled Garden

• 11:45am – Walk back and Tour of the Stables

• 12:30pm – Tea, Coffee & Cake in the West Wing

• 1:30pm – Departure

Please ensure you wear sensible clothing and footwear suitable for the weather, as a large part of the tour will take place outdoors.
