Developing land for housing is a complex business and there are many stages of what can often be a long process. This CLA seminar will take you through the key planning elements and provide an expert overview of the essential considerations.
You will hear presentations from a range of specialist organisations who will provide up-to-date and relevant information on planning, legal, tax and other key criteria for land development.
During this seminar you will hear about Alconbury Weald in Cambridgeshire, which was previously part of RAF Alconbury. It is a site that will provide 6,500 homes, 700 acres of public open space, and in time will include three primary schools, a secondary school, health centre a range of community facilities. A coach tour of the site will follow the seminar.
