Following the recent government consultation on a new National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), join the CLA’s Planning Adviser, Shannon Fuller, to explore what the proposed changes could mean for you.  

The suggested amendments represent the biggest shake-up to the planning system since the NPPF was introduced 14 years ago. This webinar will explore what is likely to change within both the NPPF and planning system and how this will impact members with ambition to deliver homes in the rural area, diversify existing businesses, or modernise their agricultural enterprises. This webinar will offer a practical insight to help members understand how the proposed changes may affect them.
