We are pleased to welcome David Sidwick, Police and Crime Commissioner for Dorset, as our keynote speaker.

Since his election in May 2021, David has been a strong advocate for rural communities, with a particular focus on tackling rural crime, improving community safety, and supporting those who live and work in the countryside. With a background in business and leadership, he brings a practical and collaborative approach to addressing the challenges facing rural areas.

David will share insights into the current rural policing landscape, the work being done to combat crime affecting farms and landowners, and how partnership working is helping to protect rural livelihoods and strengthen communities.

This session will provide valuable perspective for anyone operating within the rural economy and dealing with the realities of crime prevention, safety, and resilience.
