The first CLA Women's Network event to be held in the East will be an informal drinks reception held at Quy Hall, in Cambridgeshire. 

Drinks and canapés will be served from 6.00pm ahead of a welcome from CLA East Director Cath Crowther and our host for the evening, Ellen Francis. The evening will conclude at 8.00pm.

Quy Hall, which has been in the Francis family since the 1850s, sits at the heart of a historic estate just 5 miles east of Cambridge. Today the house, which is not normally open to the public, is home to Ellen Francis, her husband Henry and their young daughter. Like many traditional estates they own arable land as well as residential cottages and commercial properties, and are looking to the future with further diversification opportunities.
