The National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) was revised in July 2021 and sets out the government’s planning policies for England and how these are expected to be applied by local planning authorities.

In this free webinar the CLA will be joined by representatives from Parker Planning Services, an independent chartered town planning consultancy, who will discuss the latest NPPF developments including policies aimed at improving the design of new developments and what they could mean for you.

• Measures to improve design quality which include a new requirement for councils to produce local design codes or guides, and
