During this visit to Tuffon Hall you will have the pleasure of exploring this award-winning vineyard, which has a spectacular Cellar Door venue, a holiday property and glamping. Conservation is a key consideration at the farm.

Tuffon Hall has been producing high quality award-winning wines since 2014 and includes classic Champagne varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, plus Bacchus, which they first planted in 2011. Over the last four years, they have planted additional vines and now have 15,000, including this year’s new 5th variety, Pinot Gris.

In 2019, the family converted a 16th century threshing barn into the beautiful Cellar Door, initially used to host vineyard tours and wine tastings, but now also hosts weddings and other events. They have also branched out into holiday accommodation. They offer a 6-bed farmhouse and have a brand new glamping venture, which includes a spectacular grain silo conversion.

Conservation and sustainability are important at Tuffon Hall. They grow over 10 hectares of wild birdseed and over 10 hectares of pollen and nectar rich plants, which greatly help the bees. There are over 80 hives on the farm. Tuffon Hall Farmhouse is heated using a biomass boiler whilst the Cellar Door is heated using ground source heating. The grain stores are powered by solar panels. During the visit you will also hear about the joint venture farming partnership and how collaboration ensures efficiency.
