Register now for the London Branch event which will be held on Tuesday, 7 June from 6-8:30pm and hosted by Carter Jonas.

We will be joined by Lord Falmouth, along with Estate Director Andrew Jarvis and Managing Director of Trading Jonathan Jones, who will talk us through how Tregothnan, a modern diversified estate, is run.

 Home to the Boscawen family, Tregothnan is a living and working estate, with a rich history dating back to 1334. It has land in Cornwall and Kent, and includes a magnificent botanical garden, tea plantations and one of the largest areas of managed sweet chestnut coppice in Europe. Tregothnan has greatly expanded its tea production since the first bushes were planted in 1999, with the UK’s original tea gardens yielding the first major crop six years later. You will hear the story behind its origins, its journey to success, and the importance of finding a way for the 100-acre botanical garden to fund itself without relying on the estate.

 The talk will be followed by a drinks reception.
