More than ever, housing and tourism continue to be a hot topic for CLA members with rural communities struggling to house local people and tourism being such a vital aspect to many within these areas. With the implementation of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 coming later this year and the changes to the holidays lets and second homes taxation and planning systems, this breakfast briefing will allow for a great discussion among our respected panelists.
