To celebrate international women’s day and our CLA Women’s Network,  here in the southwest we are hosting a 2-course lunch at Beaufort Polo Club followed by a polo demonstration.

The CLA Women's Network was set up in 2020 by CLA Director General Sarah Hendry to encourage more women to be active in the CLA and create networking, mentoring and social opportunities for members.

Programme

12.30pm- Arrival and introduction to the Women’s Network by Sarah Hendry

12.50pm- 2-Course Lunch

2.10pm-  Polo demonstration from HPA accredited coach and rider 

3.00pm- Depart

One of Beaufort’s very own HPA accredited coaches and rider will walk you through the steps of polo. Covering all aspects from the history of polo, the ponies that make up the sport of polo through to the player and their tools to ensure they not only play safely but effectively on the field. Ensuring to those with an un-trained eye understand what makes not only a great polo player and team but also a great polo pony.

Bottles of white & red wine and sparkling elderflower will be available on the table which is included in your ticket price. If you would like alternative drinks the bar will be open for you to purchase.
