Northumberland Estates represents the varied business activities of the Duke of Northumberland and the Percy family, including farming, forestry, property and development, tourism interests and renewable energy. The Estate has wider interests in conservation and restoration projects, as well as running a charitable fund that serves the needs of the communities in which we operate. The Estate also owns Syon Park in London and Albury Estate in Surrey and has business concerns in Switzerland, Germany, and the USA.

Our long-term focus is to create sustainable communities for the future and the Estate works to support the local economy, generate employment, and enhance the environment through an agile strategy that is responsive to today’s rapidly changing world.
