Ecologist and Chartered Environmentalist Ian has worked in nature conservation for over 40 years, mostly in Dorset and most recently (since 1996) for the government conservation agency, now Natural England.  Historically covering a wide range of Natural England responsibilities he is now focused on the work necessary to build the Nature Recovery Network and supporting Dorset Council to produce a Local Nature Recovery Strategy for Dorset.
