The Midlands team are delighted to invite you to a bespoke visit to Tissington Estate and Derbyshire AGM.

Tissington Estate is located in the Peak District National Park and comprises just under 2000 acres.

Tissington Hall is a Jacobean Manor House which has been home to the FitzHerbert family for over 500 years. The Hall opens for 28 days a year and also hosts weddings in the purpose-built Arboretum Pavilion.

The estate comprises of 46 residential properties, 70% of which are listed buildings and many commercial enterprises and over 40 acres of mixed woodlands. The estate also has agricultural holdings of 6 farms let on AHA’s and long-term Farm Business Tenancies.

The day will begin with the AGM and an update on the latest issues affecting members by CLA Deputy President Victoria Vyvyan and an introduction to Tissington Estate.

The day will include guided walking tours of the village hosted by Sir Richard FitzHerbert and Fisher German. There will be a two-course lunch followed by tea and coffee before an afternoon tour of the hall.

Please ensure to wear suitable footwear and clothing as the tours will take place outdoors.
