The first CLA London Branch evening of the year will feature guest speaker Sarah Dunning OBE, chair of the Westmorland Family, owners of the motorway service areas Tebay, Gloucester and Cairn Lodge Services.

It will be held on Tuesday 5 March from 6pm to 8.30pm, kindly hosted by Boodle Hatfield at 240 Blackfriars Road, London SE1 8NW. 

Sarah is due to talk on how the Westmorland Family spotted an opportunity and started the business just over 50 years ago when the M6 was built through John and Barbara Dunning's hill farm in Cumbria.  They reacted by building Tebay Services, a different model of motorway services which celebrates its locality through its producers, colleagues, community and environment

The talk will be followed by a Q&A and drinks reception, canapés and networking.

6.35pm - Talk and Q&A with Sarah Dunning OBE
7.15pm - Drinks reception
8.30pm - Finish.
