CLA North invites the next generation and young professionals to an informal evening with pizza, pimms and networking at Graythwaite Estate.
The Graythwaite Estate is family-run and spans some 5,000 acres of land, nestled in the beautiful English Lake District.
It is home to the Sandys family who have lived at the Estate for over 500 years, since the first Graythwaite Hall was built.
This informal social event will commence with glass of Pimms and networking, followed by guest speaker and host Ed Sandys will share his experiences of how he has had to diversify the Estate. This event is to give you the opportunity to mix with other like minded people share ideas, challenges and ask questions to our hosts. Sponsors Forestry Commission and Harrison Drury will discuss topical themes effecting the Industry.
18.00 Registration with glass of Pimms (other drinks will be available)
18.30 Ed Sandys to give an in site about the diversification on the estate, glamping, watersports, outdoor activities, shooting and also the forestry plan and changes to grazing on the estate.
