2024 Forestry Conference - Products, People and Possibilities

Forestry Conference 2024 - Products, People and Possibilities

The annual Forestry Conference, organised by the CLA, Forestry Commission and Grown in Britain, is back for a seventh year - with a highly topical theme and great line-up of speakers.

The 2024 focus is 'Products, People and Possibilities', and will feature a packed programme of sessions and talks.

Speakers and case studies will include:

• John Deakin, head of trees and woodlands at the National Trust
• Neil Macdonald, woodland ambassador, apple farmer and woodland owner
• Rob Penn, journalist, broadcaster and trustee of Woodland Heritage
• Linda Farrow, director, Agile Property
• Richard Stanford and Anna Brown, Forestry Commission CEO and director.

More will be announced in due course. CLA President Victoria Vyvyan will kick off proceedings.

The conference is normally attended by up to 200 foresters, farmers, landowners, land managers and other stakeholders from across the country, and provides a strong platform to hear from a range of experts and case studies, share experiences, network and collaborate.
