- Kim Wilkie, Strategic and Conceptual Landscape Architect, will look at the importance of landscape within any development proposal.
- Karl Dean, Deputy Chief Officer of Grosvenor Hart Homes, will speak about its distinctive model of building affordable homes that provide real support to communities.
Achieving a positive return
- Joanna Loxton, Head of Land at Church Commissioners for England, will show how maintaining a diverse land portfolio and identifying strategic development sites can deliver long-term investment objectives.
- Roland Bull, Head of Rural Investment at Bidwells, will share how institutional investors manage property holdings to deliver on their investment objectives.
Environmental management
- Jo Harrison, Asset Management Director at United Utilities, will disclose how their upland estate is managed to enhance the environment to ensure a plentiful supply of clean water for their primary business.
- Darren Moorcroft, Chief Executive at the Woodland Trust will speak about the growth and role of woodland planting in the landscape, as part of environmental regeneration and the role of carbon markets.
