This panel will give their take on recent developments in the rural and farming sector and also consider what the future may hold. As owners of 70% of England's land we are key stakeholders in the land use debate and hold many solutions for society's challenges and the rural economy. 

The session, which is generously supported by Saffery and YoungsRPS, will be introduced and facilitated by CLA Deputy President Gavin Lane. Panel members include:

Emma Smith, Rural Chartered Surveyor at YoungsRPS
Rebecca Wilson, 5th generation farmer in Yorkshire
Erica White, Senior Accounts Manager at Saffery

Each speaker will give their thoughts, followed by a wider panel discussion which will include questions from the audience.
