CLA Next Generation Conference 2026 – Building Rural Futures: Leadership, Innovation, Opportunity
Join us on 28 & 29 April 2026 at the beautiful Cripps venue, Thorpe Garden at Thorpe Estate near Tamworth, for the fourth annual CLA Next Generation Conference – the must-attend event for ambitious rural entrepreneurs, landowners, and future leaders.
Building on the success of previous years, this year’s conference promises inspiring keynote speakers, interactive workshops, and practical insights into diversification, resilience, and growth. We are delighted to partner once again with Carter Jonas.
The conference begins on the evening of Tuesday 28 April with a very special networking dinner where you will hear from the CLA's President Gavin Lane and an after-dinner address from a distinguished guest speaker.
Day two, chaired by CLA Vice President Eliza Ecclestone, offers a rich and varied programme of speakers offering technical updates and thought-provoking discussions on building the right mindset and navigating changing times.
New for this year, the afternoon will feature a series of interactive workshops, giving attendees the chance to explore practical solutions for strengthening their businesses - from asset management and building your brand to exploring financing options.
Tickets (Prices include VAT):
- £114 per person for CLA members
- £199 per person for non-members
