In this webinar you will hear from Avril Roberts, CLA Senior Policy Adviser, who will give an overview of upcoming changes for landlords with private residential tenancies in England.
You will be reminded of how you can ensure compliance with the new Renters’ Rights Act and of the main changes brought in by the Act. The webinar will also provide a summary of the recently announced revisions to the Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) regimes which will require landlords to meet EPC ‘C’ by 2030.
This webinar follows one from 2025 which deep dived into the Renters’ Rights Act (view previous webinar here) and precedes a webinar in September which will go into significant detail on EPCs and MEES. It will be of use to any landlords of residential properties in England, or Agents acting on their behalf.
To book on to this event, you must register to attend on MS Teams via this link here. The webinar link will be emailed to you one hour prior to the webinar taking place from MS Teams.
