We are delighted to welcome Julian Marks, CEO of Barfoots, a leading farming and food business, as guest speaker at the next CLA London Branch evening, with AGM.

We will hear from Julian as the boss of Barfoots, a major grower of sweetcorn and speciality vegetables employing thousands of people at farms and facilities around the world.
During Julian's 22 years with the Barfoot Group, the business has grown in scale and reach considerably. He has been responsible for significant investments in production, processing and handling capacity and the development of its extensive renewable energy production facilities.
In addition Julian's role encompasses responsibility for investments in Senegal, Peru and Argentina which seek to make supply chains more resilient and mitigate some of the effects of climate change and other influences on the availability of fresh produce.
A short AGM will be held before the talk.
