The CLA North team is pleased to offer members the opportunity to attend an in-person advisory drop-in session at Mungrisdale Village Hall, Cumbria, on 9 June, from 10:00am to 3:00pm.
These informal “member surgery” sessions are designed to provide practical, one-to-one support on a wide range of issues affecting rural businesses and landowners. Our experienced advisers will be available throughout the day to discuss topics such as:
• Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) and other environmental schemes
• Succession planning and long-term business resilience
• Rural crime and security concerns
• Planning, development, and diversification opportunities
• And many other areas relevant to rural estates and businesses
Members will have the opportunity to raise queries, explore options, and receive tailored guidance in a relaxed and supportive environment. For those who wish to discuss more sensitive matters, there will also be the option of confidential conversations with our advisers.
There is no formal booking requirement for this event, and members are welcome to drop in at any time during the session. However, to help us manage attendance and ensure advisers are available, we strongly encourage you to get in touch in advance to register your interest via phone or email. Please contact us at north@cla.org.uk or 01748 907090.
We are also currently planning additional advisory sessions in other sub-regions across the North, so please keep an eye out for further dates and locations.
Bookings for this event will open soon
