In this webinar, CLA Senior Property and Business Policy Adviser, Avril Roberts will explain the upcoming changes to Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) for private rented residential property in England and Wales. The Government has announced properties will need to meet EPC ‘C’ by 2030, and landlords will be wondering how to prepare. The webinar will also give details on the transitional arrangements, as well as give landlords practical tips on how to prepare.
